LEB 320F : Legal Environment of Business (Online)

Course Description

3 college credit hours

A primary focus of this online business course is to acquaint current and future managers with the general legal environment and workplace problems that most often lead to litigation. If danger areas can be spotted early, court can often be avoided. A secondary focus will examine rights from an individual's perspective. Students should take away from this distance learning course a better understanding of their rights as they pertain to harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and unsafe working conditions.
